Women of Noble Character is a nonprofit organization located in Victorville that began in 2010. Over the past 10 years, they have served over 100,000 meals through their A Meal A Day coalition.

Through their services, clients have access to necessities such as clothing, hygiene products, food and water, and referrals for services. They offer computer assistance and help with acquiring necessary documents such as identification cards and social security cards as well as help seeking employment opportunities. Showers are offered weekly through their partnership with the Victor Valley Rescue Mission.

Recently, they have expanded their services with their newest program, Teach Them to Fish. This program offers clients an opportunity to re-enter the workforce through volunteer work to gain work experience and includes a job reference that will help in their endeavors.
