Payment Options

Online Payment

Click the link above to make an online payment. Please have your Account and Customer number available. 

Automatic Payment

Payments can be automatically withdrawn from your checking account by completing the Automatic Payment Via Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization Form.  

Phone

Automated phone payments can be made by calling Customer Service at (760) 955-5001 24 hours a day. Please have your Account and Customer Number ready when calling.

A Customer Service Representative is available to take your payment during normal business hours. 

Kiosks (Temporarily unavailable until late Spring/early Summer 2024)

There are two outdoor kiosks available 24 hours a day. They are located at City Hall to the right of the main entrance. Kiosks accept credit cards, checks and cash. 

There are two additional kiosks available inside of City Hall that can be used during normal business hours. 

Office

City Hall is open to receive payments Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments in the office. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
City Hall is closed on all major holidays. 

Drop Box

Payments can be dropped off at any time in the drop box located outside the front door of City Hall. Drop box payments are collected Monday through Friday at 8:00 am and posted the same day. Payments placed in the drop box after 8:00 am are processed the following business day.
