Victor Valley Rescue Mission, led by Bill Edwards, has been serving the Victor Valley since 1999. Having been homeless before, Bill knows the struggles that individuals endure and he uses his past experiences to reach the lost, hurting and broken to offer refuge, recovery and restoration.

Victor Valley Rescue Mission works to provide individuals in need with food, clothing, shelter, and hygiene services. They believe by helping an individual in body, mind, and spirit it will guide them to life-changing outcomes in health, life skills, employment, permanent housing, and community involvement.
