All SSOs should be reported to the Public Works immediately, regardless of the size of sewer spill or origin, on private property or city right of way:

• During business hours (760) 241-6365

• During non-business hours (800) 472-2376

• Typical Public Works business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Public Works personnel are dedicated to respond to all sewer related issues within an hour of receiving the report, regardless of time of day or day of week, 24 hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.

During non-business hours the customer’s call will go to the San Bernardino County Fire Dispatch Center; report the problem to the dispatcher. Fire Dispatch Center personnel will contact a Public Works Standby person to investigate the report during non-business hours.
