Stormwater Inspection Form

• Contractor must complete this form and submit it to the Engineering Division, Public Works Department prior to obtaining a permit to work in the public right-of-way. 

Encroachment Permit

• Encroachment Permit must be applied for through the City of Victorville's Citizen Access portal (CAP). 
• A permit to work in the public right-of-way.  
• A permit for installation of sidewalk, fences, walls & temporary poles located in the public right-of-way between the curb & gutter and the property line.  

Utility Permit

• Utility Permit must be applied for through the City of Victorville's Citizen Access portal (CAP).  
• A permit for utility companies and their contractors to work in the City right-of-way.  
• A Utility Permit Application form needs to be submitted with the application.

Transportation Permit

• Transportation Permit must be applied for through the City of Victorville's Citizen Access portal (CAP). 
• A permit to haul oversize loads (Construction materials, Mobile homes, Concrete debris etc.,) on City Streets.
