In order to protect the public potable water supply from contamination due to backflow, Victorville Water District (VWD) requires backflow prevention assemblies on the premises evaluated for backflow prevention requirements by the District.  Backflow Test can be requested through the City of Victorville's Citizen Access Portal (CAP).

* Applicant must be registered to the portal to submit the request(s) for backflow test.  

Important: Applicant will not be considered as registered until City Staff approves the request to register and a confirmation email is received. It may take up to 24 hours for the request to be approved or denied. If the request is received on a weekend or holiday, it will not be addressed by City Staff until the next business day.
