The Senior Home Repair Program is designed to assist low income homeowners who are at least 62 year of age, permanently disabled, or handicapped, by providing a one-time grant in an amount of not less $1,000 and up to $15,000, to make eligible home repairs.
In order to qualify for assistance, the applicant's gross annual household income must not exceed the following limits:
