Are you looking for ways to update your home? Or do you have a code/building violation?

The Residential Rehabilitation Program is designed to add curb appeal to your home, make a statement in your neighborhood, or correct any health and safety or building code violations.  This program offers low interest deferred loans to income eligible homeowners.  Loan funds are limited, so call or visit us today for more information.

Eligible program repairs:

  • Roof repair/replacement
  • Desert landscaping
  • Exterior lighting
  • Exterior painting
  • Windows
  • Unpermitted patios
  • Unpermitted garage conversions
  • Unpermitted room additions
  • Plumbing and sewer failures
  • Driveway repairs
  • Health and safety code violations
  • Building code violations

1st Step:  Call or visit the City of Victorville Planning Department to obtain application.

2nd Step:  Submit completed applications to the City.  Applications will be reviewed and processed to determine eligibility.  Applicants must not exceed income limits.

3rd Step:  Qualified applicants shall receive a loan to make eligible home repairs.

Applications are not being taken at this time.  The City maintains a waiting list and is prioritized on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Anyone interested in having their name added to the waiting list may contact us at (760) 243-1922.
