The City of Victorville designates all real properties within its jurisdiction with a zone. These zones determine the allowed development regulations bestowed upon each property. These regulations include, but are not limited to, allowed land use (commercial, residential, industrial, etc...), maximum building height, minimum property line setbacks, or minimum square footage.
