This information will be verified with San Bernardino County Property Tax Records.  We also reserve the right to verify the selected occupancy above in-person.

 

I understand that as long as the physical and mailing address of this property differ, that the City may perceive the property as a rental property.  Therefore, at this time, I am requesting that this property be exempt from rental licensing, to include: the application, Business License, and any fees associated with these as set forth in the Victorville Municipal Code Section 16-7.06.090 - Rental Properties, for the term of no less that one year.
