New solid waste rates were adopted by the City of Victorville City Council on October 3, 2023 for the five-year period of November 1, 2023 to June 30, 2028. To download or view current residential and commercial solid waste rates, click here.

Residential Billing

For billing inquiries or to start or stop service, call the Customer Service Division at 760-955-5001 as soon as possible to resolve any questions. For residential trash/recycling service issues, such as missed pick ups, or lost or damaged cans, call Victorville Disposal Company directly at 760-245-8607.
Note: Request for changes in service must be made in advance to stop billing for sanitation.

Commercial Billing

For commercial billing inquiries, requests for service changes, missed pickups, bulky item pickups, bin exchanges, or other service issues, please contact our Commercial Billing Division at 760-955-5087. If you are unable to reach our Commercial Billing Division, please contact Victorville Disposal Company at 760-245-8607.
