If you need help with trash or recycling service issues, please call the City of Victorville's contracted waste hauler, Victorville Disposal/Burrtec Waste, at  (760) 245-8607.  They can help you with the following items: 

• Missed service
• Replacement of damaged carts or bins
• Schedule a Bulky Item Pickup (single-family properties)
• Temporary cleanup bins
• Large roll off or construction bins

Note:  To order (or remove) extra trash or recycle carts, or to arrange for pick up of extra bags of trash, please call the City of Victorville Customer Service Division at (760) 955-5001.
