The City of Victorville Environmental Programs Division also invites schools to sign up for FREE Tours of the Victor Valley Materials Recovery Facility and In-Class Presentations. Please contact Burrtec Waste at (760) 245-8607 to get more information and to schedule a tour or presentation.

Schools are also encouraged to sign up to participate in Victorville Recycles Week where they can compete for cash awards.  Any school, public or private, located in the City of Victorville, may participate in the City of Victorville Recycles Week which is typically held in November. By participating in Victorville Recycles Week, your school will be contributing to a citywide campaign to promote recycling and compete for cash prizes for both the schools and individual students.
