Do you need extra services? The City of Victorville's contracted waste hauler, Victorville Disposal can help you with the items listed below. You can reach them at (760) 245-8607 Monday through Friday  from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They can help you with the following:

• Ordering exchanges of damaged trash or recycle carts
• Ordering delivery of missing trash or recycle carts
• Questions or concerns about service
• Determining your trash pick-up day
• Ordering temporary bins for cleanups or construction

Note:  Please contact City of Victorville Customer Service at (760) 955-5001 regarding the following items:

• Ordering or removing extra trash or recycle barrels/bins
• Pick-up of extra bags for one-time additional trash or recycling (fees apply)
• Questions about your bill, payments, and starting/stopping service 

Commercial Accounts

Commercial customers (businesses and multi-residential properties) should call the City of Victorville Commercial Solid Waste Billing Division at (760) 955-5087 Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. for the items listed below.  

• Starting or stopping service
• Changing service levels
• Ordering extra trash or recycling pickups
• Ordering exchanges of damaged containers
• Ordering temporary bins or roll off services
• Questions or concerns about service
• Question's about sanitation bills

Friday Service Issues:  City Hall is closed every Friday.  If you need help with non-bill related issues on Fridays, please call Victorville Disposal/Burrtec Waste directly at (760) 245-8607.
