Applications will become available October 15th for registration. Registration takes place online or at Hook Community Center only!

Craft & Gift Vendors Wanted!

Applications are now being accepted to host a booth at the annual Tree Lighting ceremony on Saturday December 7th from 4pm-7pm. All vendors required to supply their own canopies, tents, chairs, and tables. Setup is from 2:00-3:30 pm. Breakdown begins at 7:00 pm. Electricity is not available at the event.

Vendor Space Information

  • Food Vendor (20’ X 10’ Space) - 45.00
  • Craft and Gift Vendor (10’ X 10’ Space) - $30.00

All Food and Retail Vendors are required to have a valid City of Victorville Business License.

Food Vendors

Food Vendors can submit an application using the link above, completing all questions, and submitting the form. All applications received by November 15 will be included in a random selection process. Applicants will be notified of the results of the random selection on November 18. Applicants who are not selected will be placed on a waiting list. All potential Food vendors must possess a current Sellers Permit and current San Bernardino County Health Permit to participate.

Retail Vendors

Retail Vendor applications will be accepted beginning October 15, 2024. Deadline to submit applications is November 22, or until filled, whichever happens first. Applications are subject to approval.

Retail Vendors may apply online or in person.

To Apply Online:  Use the link above to "Register for Activities", then sign in, or create an account. Search for “Festival of Lights”, choose the correct vendor type, and complete your transaction. If you do not currently have a city of Victorville Business license, please contact our business license department. 

NO REFUNDS unless your application is not approved, or the event is cancelled by the city.
