Vendors Wanted!
Become a vendor and be a part of this great community event. Serve up good food, showcase your business, or sell merchandise while fun and entertainment happen around you. All vendors must supply their own canopies, tents, chairs, tables, signs, and supplies as needed. Electricity is not available at the event.
Vendor Space Information
- Food Vendor (20’ X 10’ Space) - $200
- Commercial Display or Retail Vendor (10’ X 10’ Space) - $100
- Not-for-Profit Vendor (10’ X 10’ Space) - $50
All Food, Retail, and Commercial Display Vendors are required to have a City of Victorville Business License. Businesses operating beyond the scope of the event will be subject to the appropriate Business License requirements. To apply for a City of Victorville Business License, e-mail BusinessLicense@victorvilleca.gov.
Food Vendors
Food Vendors are to submit an application to be considered for this event. Applications are currently being accepted. All potential Food vendors must possess a current Sellers Permit and current San Bernardino County Health Permit to become a food vendor. A copy of your Liability Insurance naming the City of Victorville as additionally insured including the endorsement page will be required.
Retail & Display Vendors
Retail & Display Vendor applications will be accepted beginning July 1, 2024. The deadline to submit applications is September 6, 2024, or until filled, whichever happens first. Applications are subject to approval.
Retail & Display Vendors may apply online, by mail, or in person.
To Apply Online: Use the link above to "Register for Activities", sign in, or create an account. Search for “Fall Festival,” choose the correct vendor type, and complete your transaction. If you do not have a current business license and need to apply for one before completing your transaction.
To Apply in Person: Use the link above to download the Retail and Display Vendor Application Form and take the completed form to Hook Community Center, 14973 Joshua St., Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm or Fridays from 8:00am-4:00pm.
NO REFUNDS unless your application is not approved or the city cancels the event.
