Athletic fields and courts are now open and may be reserved by Sport Groups through a Facility Use Agreement (FUA) with a mitigation plan that outlines how the group will comply with the interim guidance published by the California Department of Public Health.
The Recreation Division is now accepting gathering permits for groups over 25 people, as well as picnic shelter reservations at Doris Davies, Schmidt Park, and Rockview Nature Center. The applicable forms are found below and can be filled out and emailed to victorvillerec@victorvilleca.gov.

The City of Victorville Community Services Department has picnic areas and facilities available to rent for your events. Rentals must be booked at least two weeks in advance and no more than a maximum of six months prior to your event. To reserve a space, download the appropriate form below and email it to victorvillerec@victorvilleca.gov. Rentals will not be reserved until applicable fees & deposits are received. Facilities Available to Reserve
Meeting Rooms
Meeting Rooms are available at Hook Community Center, Victorville Activities Center, and Sunset Ridge Park. Fees will vary depending on room size. Fees for meeting rooms are required as follows:

Social Gatherings
The Victorville Activities Center, and Rockview Nature Center are available to rent for social gatherings. Fees will vary depending on the size of the group and type of activity. Fees for social gatherings are required as follows:
- Rental fees
- Damage deposit
- Security fees
- Porta-Pot fees (for Rockview only)
- Certificate of Insurance
Picnic Areas
Picnic Areas are available to reserve at Doris Davies Park, Schmidt Park, and Rockview Nature Park. Rental fees vary by location. All other picnic areas in the City are non-reservable, and may require a Gathering Permit if your group is over 25 people.

Gathering Permits
Parks in the City that do not have reserved spaces can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis. A gathering permit must be completed for any group of 25 or more. There are no fees for gathering permits, but requests for permits must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. To apply for a Gathering Permit, download the FUA - Gathering Permit form below and email it to victorvillerec@victorvilleca.gov.
Sport Field Rental
Sports fields are available for your leagues next practice. To obtain a permit please contact the Recreation Department. Applications for Fall 2021 are now being accepted for returning groups. If you are a new user group, applications will be accepted July 8-12 (NOTE: depending on available field space).
