The Council Member candidate nomination period for the November 5, 2024 election begins July 15 through August 9, 2024. It will extend to August 14, 2024 if an incumbent does not file. 

The City Clerk will issue the Nomination Paper and Candidate Packet during the nomination period. Please call (760) 955-5188 to make an appointment with the City Clerk as the process takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
