On Airport development opportunities abound at the Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA). With an ever growing demand for new wide body aircraft hangars, the SCLA is seeking development partners willing to invest in hangar construction at a growing airport with a bright future.   

With a Specific Plan already completed for the On Airport properties, typical hangar developments rely on a long term ground lease with the SCLA to facilitate the entitlement process. Upon completion of construction, the development partner is able to lease the facility to aeronautical tenants that recognize the value of being located at the SCLA.  The attached map shows the many development opportunities that abound at the SCLA.
