Services provided by Victorville Utilities include domestic and reclaimed water service, domestic and industrial wastewater service, electricity and natural gas.

Victorville's Municipal Utility Services (VMUS) provides electricity to existing, expanding and new industrial customers at SCLA and SCLC. VMUS electrical services are provided through an inter-connect to a local substation located and distributed directly to VMUS customers through its distribution network. VMUS sets rates annually and traditionally provides its electricity at costs that are less than competing investor owned utilities, including nearby municipal utilities.
