To report water runoff or other conservation concerns, contact our Water Conservation Department. 

To report a sewer related emergency, contact Public Works Department at (760) 241-6365. Staff is available 24 hours a day for sewer emergencies. 

To report a trash related service issue, contact Burrtec Disposal at (760) 245-8607. Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
