Public Comments:

Participants are invited to address the Council during the public comment period, which has been moved to the beginning of the meeting in accordance with new policy approved by the Council on March 16, 2021. This action was taken to make it easier and more convenient for members of the public to comment on agendized and/or non-agendized topics at the beginning of the meeting rather than having to wait hours to comment. Public comments will be no longer than three minutes per community member. Should a speaker conclude their comments prior to the expiration of three minutes, the speaker waives the right to speak for any remaining amount of time. You may also email comments to cityclerk@victorvilleca.gov. by 4 p.m. the day of the meeting to be distributed to City Council.

We have fully resumed in-person public meetings in Council Chambers.  Public meetings were temporarily transitioned to a hybrid format due to COVID-19.  As cases continue to decline and social distancing requirements have been lifted, all public meetings, including those of the Victorville City Council and Victorville Planning Commission, will no longer be offered on Zoom.

Remote viewing of Council Meetings is available through YouTube, but public comment must be given in person at City Hall during the meetings or submitted electronically as mentioned above.  Please keep in mind there is a 30-second delay when streaming on YouTube.
