Victorville is home to a large, skilled labor force that can help propel your business. Labor costs, which are often a significant component of the operating costs of warehouse and distribution facilities, are low. And, the City places an emphasis on job training and placement, ensuring that the labor force is ready for action.

Due to the large number of aviation jobs in the area, Victor Valley College (VVC) has partnered with the City of Victorville to provide an aviation maintenance technology program at SCLA.  The program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the aircraft maintenance industry.

The two-year program is operated in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and prepares students to test for the coveted Airframe and Powerplant licenses. The program does not require any educational prerequisites prior to enrollment at VVC and allows students to learn and train on-site at an active airport.
